Now accepting applications for Fall 2008

The LINES/Dominican BFA in Dance has been designed for the career oriented, pre-professional dancer. All applicants should be capable of the advanced level in ballet, with additional training in modern and other dance forms a plus.

Los Angeles - Saturday, January 12, 2008

Applicants who are unable to attend one of the above auditions may submit a VHS tape or DVD, no longer than ten minutes in length, which includes the following: center Adagio, Pirouette combination, Petit Allegro and Grand Allegro. Additional performance material may be submitted provided it is solo or duet.

Please include a clearly labeled headshot, a photo in 1st Arabesque, a resume and a letter of intent describing how dance has led to a deeper understanding of yourself or the world.

It is not necessary to wait for confirmation on the academic application before submitting the dance application.
Selected applicants will be invited to an in-person interview and audition.
