This workshop will guide you through the benefits of self care. Learn how essential oils can reduce stress and ease tension, learn a breathing technique that promotes relaxation, how to create a positive mindset and a mindfulness gratitude practice you can share with friends and family. You will leave with a list of self care rituals and a special essential oil blend to take home.
