Micro-movements stimulate different types of mechanoreceptors, enlivening and rehabilitating our tissue and growing our ‘body map’ in very specific ways. These physical practices vary in speed and approach: some include shaking, some take up to 20 minutes to unfold.
This 3-part class will include discussion, short anatomical videos and sequenced movement practice. Each class will build upon the last.
