Master Class with Nol Simonse
This class begins with a standing meditation to find your feet and proper alignment. Then, Nol Simonse will take you through a series of exercises designed to help you move in efficient and energized ways. You’ll use ballet and Cunningham terminology to develop strength, flexibility and a greater understanding of your body’s orientation in space. This class is geared towards intermediate level movers, and is perfect for any dancer who wants to increase their physicality and memory. But don’t let that scare you- all are welcome to come and learn together.
