SATURDAY, DECEMBER 16 |10am–2pm
Natasha Adorlee’s Dance on Camera Master Class at LINES Dance Center will start with a holistic contemporary dance warm-up that gets your blood moving and your body warm. Afterward, you’ll learn some filmmaking basics, focusing specifically on crafting choreography for the camera. Then, with your new knowledge, you will work with Natasha to create short films that you can take with you and keep developing after the class. No camera is required, but a smartphone that can record video is advised. If you do not have a device, one will be loaned to you.
About Natasha
Natasha began choreographing in 2014 while maintaining an award-winning dance career with ODC/Dance, Kate Weare and Co., and The San Francisco Symphony. After winning over ten international awards for her acclaimed short film “Take Your Time” in 2018, she has been a sought-after filmmaker, choreographer, and composer ever since.
