LINES EDUCATION PROGRAMS AUDITION | LOS ANGELES, CA

Format and Attire Details
Summer Program Auditions consist of a ballet class, repertoire, and improvisation. Please wear form-fitting dancewear and style hair neatly away from your face. Most students wear a leotard and tights or shorts, but there is no restriction on color or style. Pointe work is not required for this audition.

Required Materials
Summer and Training Program
– Headshot | no larger than 5 MB
– Dance Resume | training, school, performance history
– Letter of Intent | describe your artistic goals
– Video Link for all dancers* | 1-2 minutes of contemporary or improvisational movement
*Make sure all videos are set to public so we can view them.
Training Program only
– Letter of Recommendation, completed and emailed by teacher directly to educationprograms@linesballet.org

Application Process | BFA at Dominican
– It is mandatory to complete both the dance and academic applications.
– All requirements for the BFA can be found on the APPLY page.
– The academic application is due February 1.

In order to attend our programs in San Francisco, all eligible participants must provide proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 —including a booster shot— and comply with our organization’s masking mandates.
