Join us for a celebratory evening of inspirational dance featuring a world premiere by LINES Ballet, an elegant dinner, and a live auction with one-of-a-kind experiences.
Your generous support of the 40th Anniversary Gala provides access for students to experience and embrace the LINES philosophy through education and community programs, and it allows us to inspire more people locally and globally through the creation of new work.
This event is hosted by the LINES Ballet Gala Committee and Honorary Gala Chair Lisa Stone Pritzker, founder and chair of the LSP Family Foundation, which provides support for the creation of new work.

In order to provide the most safe and enjoyable experience for the LINES Ballet Gala, guests will be required to participate in three important COVID safety protocols in order to enter the event.
These protocols are:
At the Gala check-in kiosk, guests must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to enter YBCA buildings. Proof of vaccination means an individual has received a complete initial series of vaccinations against COVID-19, with the last dose being at least two weeks prior to building entry.
Valid forms of proof of vaccination include:
Each person ages 18+ must also provide a photo ID. Valid forms of ID must include a name and photo.
Examples include:
At the Gala check-in kiosk, guests are asked to present a proof of a negative COVID test. The health and safety of our donors, guests, dancers, and staff is LINES’ first priority. In the event that a Gala guest tests positive for COVID-19, the guest would not be permitted to attend the Gala. LINES would kindly ask this donor to transfer their donation into a fully tax-deductible contribution towards the Gala, or general operations donation. Other options can be discussed after the Gala with a member of our Development Team.
Acceptable forms of COVID diagnostic tests include:
In both testing scenarios, guests are required to show evidence of negative test results.
*No exemptions will be made for entrance without one of the two forms of COVID tests. A limited amount of Rapid Antigen tests will be available on-site, however there is no guarantee of availability for all guests. Please arrive with your test results easily accessible to expedite the check-in process.*
Everyone must wear well-fitted masks that cover their nose, mouth, and chin when inside the YBCA facility unless they are actively eating or drinking. YBCA recommends N95 or KN95 respirators as the first choice for masks. Gaiters, kerchiefs, and other coverings of similar type do not meet the definition of a well-fitted mask. As a courtesy, we will provide KN95 masks at the door.
If you have questions about these protocols, please contact gala@linesballet.org.
