Stretch your body and your mind in our choreography intensive for adults! You will work with three different choreographers of three separate genres on three short dances.Saturday and Sunday, June 3–4 | 10am–5pm
Study the Alonzo King HeART with LINES Curriculum, a movement-centered approach to integrated learning encouraging play, diversity, and artistry in the every-day experience of students.Sunday, June 4 | 1–3pm
Learn about three Indonesian dance traditions, with a focus on mask traditions, through movement and lecture.Every Sunday | June 11–July 2 | 2–4pm
Work with the artistic director of Bay Area dance company, Tim Rubel Human Shakes. In this four session workshop, you'll learn a section from Tim's original work, I Want This Instead, which premiered in 2021.Absolute Beginner Workshops

Looking for choreography and performance opportunities? Experience the creative process from the ground up alongside some of San Francisco’s leading choreographers. Performance workshops culminate with a performance for family and friends.

Intensive workshops are an opportunity to spend several hours or days training with LINES Teachers, Guest Faculty, Company Members and Artistic Director, Alonzo King.
Self-Care Workshops
Self-care workshops offer an introduction to various healing modalities and Somatics and are designed to help you release tension, find flexibility and improve your overall wellness, so you can keep doing what you love to do most—DANCE!
