AUDITION SEASON 2025

Acceptance into the LINES Ballet | Summer Program is by audition only.

There are 3 ways to audition:

Auditions

(ON)LINES Audition | Saturday, March 29
Virtual | 10am-1pm PT
Register

Seattle | Sunday, April 6
Ages 11-25 | 12-2pm

Workshops

All workshops have concluded. Please consider one of the other audition alternatives.

Video Auditions

Video Requirements
Audition footage should be no longer than 8 minutes in length. The intention is to show technical clarity, placement and understanding. Please include:

Barre work | 1 side only
Center adagio
Pirouettes
Petite & Grande Allegro
Solo | 1 – 2 minutes of contemporary or improvisation highlighting your movement quality and artistic choices.

REQUIRED MATERIALS

Headshot | No larger than 5 MB
Dance Resume | Training, School, Performance History
Letter of Intent | Describing your artistic goals
Video Link for all dancers* | 1–2 minutes of contemporary or improvisational movement

* If auditioning by video, you must also submit a ballet barre segment.
Make sure all videos are set to public so we can view them.

* You may attend individual days. Check pricing on registrations linked above.

By credit card only. No refunds given. Dancers may request a transfer to another audition session.
