Beginning January 25, 2022, the Alonzo King LINES Ballet requires proof of up-to-date vaccination against COVID-19 for everyone ages 12 and up—including a booster shot—for entry into the LINES Dance Center. All religious and medical exemptions must be approved by Human Resources prior to entry. Please reach out to Elizabeth Lopez, Director of Human Resources at elizabeth.lopez@linesballet.org with documentation relating to religious or medical exemptions.
The current recommendation from the CDC is that people become eligible for boosters 2 months after the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccination, and 5 months after the second dose of Pfizer or Moderna. The CDC is also currently recommending that people who received any of the three basic vaccines receive a Pfizer or Moderna booster, and we encourage everyone to follow the CDC guidance.
Reminder: Effective March 18, 2022, masks will be optional in studios, subject to teacher discretion. Out of care for our community of staff, teachers, and students, all studio visitors must continue wear a mask securely at all times in common areas of LINES Dance Center. We ask that everyone adhere strictly to these guidelines to ensure the safety of our students, teachers, and staff. For more information about class policies and procedures, visit our main Dance Center page.
