DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), the Director of Development (DD) is a dynamic, creative, mature, and strategic fundraising professional, responsible for oversight of LINES Ballet’s comprehensive $3 million fundraising program. In this role, the DD will partner closely with the ED, the Board of Directors, and the Development Committee to maximize fundraising across all areas. As a member of the senior leadership team, the DD will also participate in strategic planning, governance, and finance, and will work collaboratively with the marketing department on impactful communication strategies that benefit the organization broadly.

SUMMMER PROGRAM RESIDENT ASSISTANTS
Alonzo King LINES Ballet Summer Program seeks experienced and caring individuals who have proven success in the area of overseeing minors in a dormitory setting. Resident Assistants (RAs) reside at the San Francisco State University dormitories during the full length of the program: July 15 – August 5. RAs are responsible for providing exceptional support to the Resident Supervisor and the highest quality of care and leadership to young students. They communicate with parents, families and University staff and provide support during all campus non-emergency and emergency situations with students residing at the dorms. RAs reports directly to the Resident Supervisor.

LINES PAID INTERNSHIP
Interns are an important part of the LINES community. LINES makes a commitment to providing project-based, meaningful work with a focus on career development for all interns. Participants will experience a broad overview of the organization through involvement with various special projects and events. Interns receive direct supervision and participate in regular check-ins with their on-site supervisor. Interns will work alongside LINES staff and personnel to gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of our vibrant Dance Center, Teens Program, LINES Training Program, Summer Program, Community Programs, and the LINES Ballet BFA Program at Dominican University of California. The LINES Internship focuses on developing a unique skill set centered around professional customer service, program development and coordination, event planning, marketing, and training in software such as MindBody and Quickbooks.

LINES is seeking experienced Dance Teaching Artists and Teaching Artist Assistants to join our Community Programs team teaching in HeART with LINES, our PreK-8th grade residency program, and Kids at LINES, our tuition-based kids program.
