What time does the event begin?
Check-in begins at 4:30 PM. We encourage all guests to be on time as the performance promptly starts at 5 PM. If you would like to come early and enjoy a glass of Prosecco, we will be ready for you at 4 PM.

Where can I access my ticket?
There are no physical tickets for the 2023 Gala or the Opening Night Celebration. Your ticket will be sent via text and email from the platform Classy. It includes a QR code that will gain you entry into the event. Please check your spam filters in advance to ensure a smooth check-in on the day of the event.

Why am I receiving communications from Classy?
Classy is the software company and online fundraising platform we are using for the 2023 Gala. All guests attending the Gala on April 15 will receive communications from our Classy platform. There will be several fundraising opportunities at the event. In an effort to provide a smooth and efficient experience, we are using this digital system.

Why am I being asked for credit card information?
There will be several fundraising opportunities online and in-person at the 2023 Gala. All guests attending the event are encouraged to add a payment method to their account. This will ensure each guest has an easy check-out at the end of the evening.

How can I make a gift to support LINES Ballet and the 2023 Gala?
Thank you for wanting to support the mission of LINES Ballet! All of the giving opportunities throughout the 2023 Gala evening and online have the potential to support any one of our initiatives. What can I expect at check-in?
When you arrive at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts on April 15, check-in will be in front of the Blue Shield of California Theater (on Howard Street). Our volunteers and staff will be waiting to welcome you! Please pull up the LINES Ballet 2023 Gala QR code sent to your email from Classy. When you get to the front of the check-in line, show our registrars your QR code, and they will check you in. During the process, they may ask you to provide a piece of information that we’re missing. If not, they will hand you your registration card and a program, and you’ll be on your way to enjoy a beautiful evening.

I bought an Opening Night Celebration ticket. How will I know where I will be sitting?
As stated on the website when purchasing tickets, seating for the Opening Night Celebration is on a first come, first serve basis in the Terrace Level of YBCA. For parties 6 or larger, please contact [email protected] to discuss reserved seating.

I bought a ticket but can no longer attend. What are my options?
We’re sorry you can no longer attend! While tickets are non-refundable, below are two options for your ticket:

•Give your ticket to a friend or family member

•Donate the value of your ticket to the LINES 2023 Gala for a tax-deductible donation
