CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) — 26 Seventh Street

HEALTH AND SAFETY UPDATES

ENSURING A HEALTHY HOME FOR DANCE

March 31, 2020

We have made the difficult decision to cancel LINES Ballet’s Spring Season (April 10-19) and Gala (April 11) in order to best support the local and global response to COVID-19. At this time, LINES is unable to reschedule these events. Our brick-and-mortar location at Seventh and Market will also be closed until further notice based on recent recommendations from the Mayor, Governor and national leadership. However, The Dance Center is very much open for business with a steady schedule of live online classes.

This unprecedented cancellation is informed by our commitment to prioritizing the well-being of our audiences, artists, and community, as well as the City’s recent moratorium on public gatherings.

Stay tuned. We will be in touch with you via email by Wednesday regarding options for your Season and/or Gala tickets and opportunities to support LINES during this challenging time. We will also be sharing ways to stay in touch and engaged.

These times bring into sharp relief how fortunate we are to have supporters who share in our efforts to shape a more empathetic and humane world.
