LINES Community Programs provides classroom educators and studio instructors with valuable professional development workshops as well as one-on-one mentorships based in the HeART with LINES curriculum. Working with LINES, educators will learn how to develop and teach meaningful lesson plans that combine movement and meaning to improve learning, memory, decision-making, social emotional wellbeing, self-esteem, autonomy, and collaboration.
Workshops are available for small groups as well as for entire school faculties. No movement experience is necessary. All skill levels are welcome and celebrated.
LINES Professional Development Workshops are aligned with the National Core Arts Standards, student-centered, and culturally responsive. We strive to uphold anti-racist practices and dismantle barriers for all individuals to celebrate the joy of dance and movement-based learning.
To schedule a Professional Development Workshop at your school, or for information about one-on-one mentoring, email us at [email protected].
