Afro Dance is a culmination of different dance styles throughout the continent of Africa. Miko’s class provides an open space to explore the rich culture of the African diaspora as well as its techniques and foundations. The techniques, specific movements, and routines covered in class are paired with Afrobeats music and various linked genres.
