EVERY SUNDAY, MARCH 3–24 | 2–4pm
Experience Amy’s athletic and gestural movement style focusing on weight, rhythm and musicality in this limited, pop-up series of classes. In a two-hour format, you will have ample time to focus on alignment and nuance, to get sweaty, and to embody the movement as you learn phrase material in the center warm-up and as you travel through space in the combination. Amy aims to create a culture of support, problem-solving, risk, and fun in her class and offers myriad tools for expanding and deepening students’ technical abilities and physical musicality.
