Chanel’s class is a modern take on classic Mat Pilates, complimented with curated music for a fun and dynamic experience. Strengthen and tone your entire body with an emphasis on building a stable core. Safe, low-impact movements will focus on control, precision, and flow. Chanel’s master class welcomes beginning to advanced students with modifications and options added throughout the class.
